General Conditions of Sale
1. Preamble
The site is the property of FeelFree in its entirety, as are all related rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners.
2. Acceptance of the conditions
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between FeelFree and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, unless prior, express and written waiver. If a condition were to be missing, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector whose companies have their head office in France.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the Feelfree.fr website. The photographs illustrating the products offered for sale are not contractually binding. If errors have been introduced, FeelFree cannot be held liable under any circumstances.
4. Order
Automatic registration systems are considered proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. FeelFree confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided by the customer. The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order. The information provided by the buyer when placing the order is binding on the buyer: in the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. The customer can track the progress of their order at any time in their customer area. All orders placed on FeelFree are intended for the personal use of customers; customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products. FeelFree also reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order. In order to reduce our impact on the environment, we do not send you a paper invoice; you can print your invoice.
5. Availability and price
FeelFree reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, knowing that the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is registered. The price indicated on the product sheets does not include shipping costs. These are free as soon as the order reaches €100 of purchases, per order, in Metropolitan France only. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price. FeelFree reserves ownership of the goods until full payment of the order amount. VAT: Company subject to value added tax and identified by number FR 30537487191, registered in the trade and companies register of Saint Malo 35400.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery areas
Delivery is made to mainland France and Corsica, subject to the provisions mentioned below. The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.
6.2. Delivery methods
So Colissimo - home : Once the package has been prepared, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours, directly to your mailbox. If it is not big enough and you are absent, a delivery notice will be left for you allowing you to choose a new delivery date online within 6 working days or to collect your package the next day at 3 p.m. from the post office of your choice. If you do not express a choice, you can then collect your package from your local post office, within 15 days. Track the progress of your package at any time on www.laposte.fr .
TNT - home : The package is delivered to the customer in person. If the customer is absent, it will be made available to them at the nearest collection point. The customer has 15 working days from the arrival of their package to collect it. After this period, it will be returned to the sender.
6.3. Delivery times and costs
FeelFree processes orders from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), within an average of 48 hours. At certain times (particularly during sales, Black Friday , Christmas, private sales), the processing time may be longer due to the larger number of orders to be processed. Transport times must be added to this time, as orders are delivered by the La Poste or TNT parcel service. The maximum delivery time, including transport, is 15 working days from the date of validation of the order, unless expressly stated otherwise before placing the order and prior to its final validation. In all cases, the customer automatically receives an email informing them of the dispatch and tracking of their order. Each delivery will be deemed to have been made as soon as the product has been made available to the customer, by the postal service or by the carrier.
Via Colissimo Domicile : €6.90 incl. VAT, delivered to your home without signature, within 48 hours on working days (excluding Corsica). Free for purchases over €100.
Via TNT : €13 incl. VAT, delivered to your home within 24 hours, if ordered before 11 a.m. (excluding Corsica for the price).
6.4. Liability
In the event of apparent defects, the buyer has the right to return the goods under the conditions set out in this document. War, riots, fire, strikes, accidents, bad weather, and the impossibility of obtaining supplies are considered cases of force majeure, releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver. Goods always travel at the recipient's risk. Always check your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of missing or damaged items. For availability reasons, an order may be delivered to the customer in several installments. The customer then pays for only one delivery. If the customer requests two delivery locations, they place two orders, with the associated delivery costs.
7. International Delivery Times and Delivery
7.1. Delivery methods
International Post : Packages are delivered by post or a carrier to the address indicated when ordering. As such, FeelFree is unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. The package is handed over to the customer in person or delivered to their mailbox. If its size does not allow it to be delivered to a mailbox, it will be made available to the customer at the post office to which it is attached. The customer thus has 15 working days after the arrival of their package at the post office to collect it. After this period, it will be returned to the sender.
Mondial Relay - relay point : The customer will be informed of the availability of their package by email, notifying them to come and collect it at the relay point within the following 15 working days. After this period, their package will be returned to the sender.
7.2. Delivery times and costs

Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Holland, Austria, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Portugal : Via Colissimo Europe: €9.90 including tax to home delivery with signature, in 4/7 working days.
Rest of Europe : Via Colissimo Expert International: €14.50 including tax, delivered to your home with signature, in 4/10 working days.
Rest of the World + French Overseas Territories : Via Colissimo Expert International: €20 including tax, delivered to your home with signature, within 4/10 working days. Outside the European Union, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Secure Payment
Products are payable in cash on the day the order is actually placed. Payment is made via PayPal, using the SSL protocol, a secure payment service for credit cards (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). With PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us. The information that passes between your computer and the website is encrypted and therefore impossible for third parties to read.
9. Withdrawal
According to Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it to us, the return costs being at your expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, please first send an email to contact@feelfree.fr stating your order number to obtain an exchange or refund. FeelFree will remind you of the exact address for returning the items. You must include the duly completed return form with your package. Only products returned in their entirety and in perfect condition for resale (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed) will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, FeelFree will make every effort to reimburse the customer within 30 days. FeelFree is in no way responsible for lost returns. You are therefore advised to return the package to us with acknowledgment of receipt for greater security.
10. Applicable Law/Disputes
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction. If these general terms and conditions of sale were to be translated into a foreign language, only the French version would be authoritative. In the event of difficulty or complaint regarding an order, the customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution. In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved by Customer Service, the consumer can have free recourse to a consumer mediator, for example CMAP, FEVAD Consumer Mediation, etc. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . Failing this, the Commercial Court of Saint Malo 35400 shall have sole jurisdiction regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.
11. Data Protection and Freedom of Information
FeelFree collects and processes the personal data of its customers as part of order management and the commercial relationship, on the legal basis of contract execution. This data is intended for FeelFree and its service providers for the execution of the contract (order preparation, delivery, invoicing). It is kept for the period strictly necessary for the management of the commercial relationship and in accordance with applicable legal obligations. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, limit, oppose and port your data. You can exercise your rights by sending an email to contact@feelfree.fr . You also have the right to file a complaint with the CNIL ( www.cnil.fr ). FeelFree undertakes not to communicate, assign or transfer your data to unauthorized third parties.
12. Intellectual Property
All texts, comments, illustrations and images appearing on the FeelFree site are reserved under copyright and intellectual property law. Any other exploitation would constitute an act of counterfeiting , punishable under the conditions provided for by the Industrial Property Code.
13. Warranty
The statutory legal warranty covers manufacturing defects in FeelFree dry bags for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, and the consumer can apply this warranty within 2 months of discovering the defect. For this reason, we advise you to keep your receipt (purchase invoice) or other similar document received at the time of delivery of the product. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled, at his discretion, to a repair or replacement of the defective product by the seller, at no additional cost, except in cases where the required repair is not possible or would be too expensive compared to the other option. In the event that repair or replacement is not possible, the customer is, in all cases, entitled to a price reduction or a refund proportional to the price paid for the item when returning the product to the seller. Beforehand, the customer sends an email to contact@feelfree.fr with the order number and the billing name of the order. The customer will report the damage caused to his FeelFree bag . The customer must wait to be contacted by FeelFree customer service representatives before returning the defective bag. The above provisions apply exclusively to consumers as defined by law. Damages resulting from use, accident or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty or any other warranty. FeelFree declines all liability arising from accidental or consequential damages caused by improper use of the product or its components. The warranty does not cover the loss of the FeelFree bag or any damages that may result from this loss, due to potential errors made by users when closing it. Since the FeelFree bag is sometimes incorrectly closed by users, FeelFree bags are not guaranteed against bag leaks or any resulting damage. Please consult and carefully follow the instructions for leak testing and sealing FeelFree bags . The warranty does not cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside the product.
14. Liability
FeelFree cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to property or persons resulting from improper, careless, or improper use of its products. It is the customer's responsibility to check, before each use, that the product is properly closed and intact. FeelFree waterproof bags are not designed to be submerged for prolonged periods or to guarantee absolute protection in all conditions. The user is solely responsible for the objects transported inside the bag, particularly in the event of deterioration of electronic equipment or damage due to water infiltration. The user acknowledges that it is their responsibility to test the bag's watertightness before each use according to the instructions provided, and that they alone assume the risks associated with incorrect or non-compliant use.

If these instructions are not followed, FeelFree cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered.
16. Warning on the use of FeelFree waterproof bags
FeelFree waterproof bags are designed to temporarily protect your belongings from rain, splashes, and moderate water exposure. They are not designed for prolonged immersion or to guarantee absolute waterproofing under all conditions. It is the user's responsibility to check that the bag is properly closed and its integrity before each use, and to carry out a waterproof test. We recommend always protecting electronic or sensitive devices (phones, computers, cameras, documents, etc.) separately. FeelFree cannot be held responsible for damage to items carried inside the bag in the event of water infiltration resulting from improper use or a failure to close it.
17. Selection of the relay point after payment
You can choose your collection point once your payment has been validated. After finalizing your order, you will be redirected to a page allowing you to select the collection point of your choice for delivery.
18. Information relating to prices and delivery costs
Product prices may change at any time in accordance with our pricing policy. Ordered products are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is placed. Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding any possible contribution to shipping costs. The prices displayed include the VAT applicable on the day the contract is concluded. Any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products. Delivery costs: Delivery costs will be indicated during the ordering process. The flat-rate delivery costs are: €6.90. Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination, the quantity of products ordered, the weight of the products ordered, etc. If applicable, fees or remuneration corresponding to exceptional additional services expressly requested by the consumer and the cost of which has been agreed upon in advance may be added to the stated amount. Please note that deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to various fees and taxes, including customs and import VAT. These costs are borne exclusively by the buyer.

Feelfree Kayaks and accessories sold by Feelfree France are available for delivery in mainland France only (excluding professional customers). Delivery costs are €250 including tax for kayaks. Delivery of kayak accessories: €25 including tax. Delivery is free for purchases over €2,999.

21. Right of withdrawal
- Article 1: Description of the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of seven (7) days from receipt of goods or acceptance of the offer for services. If the seven (7) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it will be extended until the last following working day. You do not have to provide any reasons to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- Article 2 : Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
Exercising your right of withdrawal does not incur any penalty. However, you are advised that compensation may be required if the product has been used in a manner that does not comply with the principles of civil law. Return shipping costs are your sole responsibility. Exercising your right of withdrawal will result in a refund within 30 days from the date you exercised this right. The refund will be made by any means of payment and will include the reimbursement of any amount paid, including the shipping costs of the product, excluding return shipping costs.

Registration on feelfree.fr requires full acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale. Once your registration on feelfree.fr is confirmed, you can purchase and access your space on our website. The information required to validate your registration is your first and last name, address, and email address.
24. Billing
Unless otherwise stated, our final prices will be payable in euros only. Our prices are subject to availability, subject to availability, and subject to sale. 25. Quality guarantee

FeelFree reserves ownership of the goods until full payment has been received, in accordance with the terms of Law No. 80-336 of May 1 , 1980, relating to retention of title. No reservations will be accepted.
27. Delivery and collection of purchases
A. Delivery / Shipping
FeelFree.fr is committed to ensuring the delivery of your products in the best possible conditions. Products are packaged in suitable packaging and insured with a declared value against transport risks. From Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped within 48 hours of validation of your credit card payment. The order will be sent to the address provided by the buyer during order validation. Check that the contact details provided during validation are accurate. Make sure you are present or represented at the time of delivery, and possibly provide a telephone number. Delivery in mainland France takes between 2 and 5 days depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method (Colissimo or Chronopost). For deliveries abroad, delivery times vary depending on the destination.
B. Transportation Issues
In the event of a problem upon receipt of your package, you must check the contents of the package(s) before signing the delivery slip. Any anomaly must be noted on the delivery slip, with an exact description of the damaged or missing packages. The anomaly must then be reported by email to feelfreefrance@hotmail.fr in order to initiate the compensation procedure by sending us the transport documents. Without specific information, neither Feelfree.fr nor the carrier can be held liable.
28. Applicable Law ; Disputes
These General Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law. The French courts will have jurisdiction to rule on all disputes that may arise between the parties relating to the execution of these conditions.
29. Site Services and Privacy
A. Exception, force majeure
We do not guarantee that the operation of our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We reserve the right to limit the activity of our site from time to time or permanently, without prior notice to our customers. We cannot be held responsible for any failure to fulfill our obligations under these General Conditions caused by events beyond our control and/or resulting from a case of force majeure. Cases of force majeure will include, in particular, in addition to cases recognized by case law, all natural disasters, all acts of war, breaches of public order, epidemics, fires, floods and other disasters, all acts of government, all strikes, lockouts, as well as all electrical and technical problems external to the parties preventing communications.

FeelFree is committed to respecting the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which is exclusively reserved for FeelFree . Under Article 27 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the buyer is free to rectify or remove their personal information. We may use your data ( e-mail address , postal address and telephone number) to send you information that is targeted according to your interests, or information relating to the offer of new services, promotions, or your use of the site. By accepting the General Conditions of Use of our services, you expressly agree to receive this information.
30. Conclusion of the contract
In accordance with Article 1369-5 of the Civil Code relating to the conclusion of a contract in electronic form, you will be able to view the details of your order and its total price and correct any errors, before confirming it to express your acceptance.
