Delivery & Returns
SELECTION OF THE RELAY POINT AFTER PAYMENT
You will be able to choose your relay point once your payment has been validated. After finalizing your order, you will be redirected to a page allowing you to select the relay point of your choice for delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours of your order (excluding the month of December, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
ATTENTION : During busy periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas or Sales, delivery times may be extended.
Your package is shipped the same day you order if it is placed before 1 p.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales), we allow an additional preparation time of 48 to 72 hours before shipping.
We will send you an email as soon as your package is shipped as well as the tracking number of your order so that you are informed of its successful delivery.

Delivery costs amount to €250 including VAT for Kayaks

- Colissimo at home DOM TOM - (5-8 days): €29

- International Standard - (5-12 days): €29 incl. VAT
PLEASE NOTE: Outside the European Union, customs charges may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
IN CASE OF ABSENCE OR NON-PRESENTATION
- Via Colissimo: The Colissimo La Poste service only comes once. In the event that you are absent, the package is dropped off at the nearest post office and will be included in your tracking.

In the case of an exchange, returns are free within 30 days
Please note: In the event of a return not due to an after-sales service problem, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International returns not due to a customer service problem are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
>> WITHDRAWAL :
From the moment you receive your package, you have 14 days to withdraw and return the items to us if they do not suit you.
Send an email to contact@feelfree.fr with the reason for return.
In the case of an exchange, the shipping costs to the customer are covered by Feelfree. (Metropolitan France).
>> AFTER-SALES SERVICE RETURNS
For after-sales service, the request is made by email to contact@feelfree.fr. Your request will be processed within 48 hours.

Go to a post office to have your package sent
Upon receipt of the package, the refund will be effective within 8 to 15 days.
Please return the product in its original packaging in perfect condition and attach your Delivery Note or invoice to the shipment to facilitate the work of our logistics team.
If the packaging is defective or if any part of the bag is missing, your refund will be charged accordingly.
>> RETURN FOLLOWING AN ORDER ON A PARTNER SITE OR IN A PHYSICAL POINT OF SALE
You must make your return request on the partner site directly or at the store in question. The latter will tell you the procedure to follow.
Please note, do not return the package without first making a return request.
