Would you like to exchange an item?
At FeelFree, we offer free return shipping for exchange requests within mainland France (excluding oversized products).
Items weighing more than 15 kg or exceeding 150 cm in combined dimensions are not eligible for free return shipping.

The refund will be processed after the parcel has been received and inspected.
Processing time is generally 4 to 6 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

At FeelFree, we believe in more responsible consumption.
Systematically offering free returns would encourage impulse purchases and increase unnecessary transportation, which goes against our environmental commitments.
That is why free returns only apply to exchanges.
