Shipping policy

24H ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours after your order is placed (excluding December, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

PLEASE NOTE: During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas or Sales, delivery times may be extended.

Your parcel is shipped the same day for all orders placed before 1:00 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During high activity periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales), an additional preparation delay of 48 to 72 hours may apply before shipment.

We send you an email as soon as your parcel is shipped, along with your order tracking number so you can follow its delivery.

IN CASE OF ABSENCE OR FAILED DELIVERY

Via Colissimo: Colissimo delivery service attempts delivery only once. If you are absent, the parcel will be deposited at the nearest post office and the information will appear in your tracking details.
